Eligibility

To become a KFC Club member you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
• Own social media accounts

Engagement

As a KFC Club member, you agree to:

• Create, post, and share content that promotes our services
• Promote your unique promo code to increase sales
• Collaborate with other members when required
• Occasionally attend a tasting of new menu items
• Occasionally attend events, if requested

Restrictions

As a KFC Club member you agree not to:

• Spam or promote the Company in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
• Act on behalf of the company.
• Incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
• Promote the company in any sexually explicit, violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content - subject to the sole direction of the brand
• Run any paid advertising with your promotional codes
• Engage in any fraudulent activity that would artificially affect any social media metrics such as, but not limited to, likes, follows, shares, and views.
• Create multiple member accounts or use more than one promo code.
• Misrepresent or modify the price of the company’s services.
• Sell company products on unauthorised websites on the internet or in retail establishments.

The brand reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any KFC Club member content at its sole discretion.

Disclosure

The KFC Club member agrees to disclose the material connection between them and this brand.

The member may use text such as “#promo” or “#ad” to disclose this relationship.

Compensation

• The member will receive a 20% discount on any KFC products when placing an order using his/her exclusive KFC Club member promotion code that was sent to him/her. This percentage is subject to change by the Company at any time.
• The member will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
• The member will receive a Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000 KFC voucher for his/her images and videos used for email marketing or website content. He/ She will not receive any cash value for any unused or unredeemed gift cards. When given the gift card, KFC will own the rights to use the image for email marketing or website content.
• The ambassador will receive 10% of every sale generated through their promo code in the form of vouchers or gifts. This percentage is subject to change by the Company at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

Member content:

The member grants KFC an islandwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content the member creates to promote this brand's services, in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media.

The company content:

The company grants the member a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the KFC name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this KFC Club member agreement. The company retains all rights to its content.

Termination

The company may terminate the relationship with the member at any time for any reason with or without cause.

The member may terminate the relationship with the company for any reason.
