CLÉMENT REY

DIRECTOR

Clément Rey holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the United Kingdom. Before joining the Constance Group as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Affairs, he held a similar position within the Ciel Group, one of the largest industrial groups in Mauritius. In his present capacity, he has overall responsibility for corporate transactions and regulatory matters relating to the member companies of the Constance Group. Clément Rey is a director of a number of companies in the commercial and financial sectors and is a member of various board committees.
